Traffic is building in A2 London Road Gillingham after a motorbike crash

Paramedics are treating a biker after a crash on a main road.
The person came off their motorbike near The Star pub when riding down the A2 London Road in Gillingham on Thursday, August 8.
Ambulance spokesman Brian Cumming said: "At 10.47 we sent an ambulance to a collision between a car and motorcycle at Watling Street, Gillingham.
"The patient was taken to Medway Maritime with an arm injury."
Police also attended the collision
Drivers experienced traffic delays as cars moved round the incident.
The bike had been smashed and parts are strewn across the road, at its junction with Darland Avenue.

Kent Police was called at 11.47am on Thursday 8 August 2019 to a report of a collision between a car and a motorbike in Darland Avenue, Gillingham.
Officers attended alongside the South East Coast Ambulance Service who conveyed a man to a local hospital.
