Parking space in Strood Town Centre has sold at auction for £32,000

A parking space in the Towns has sold at auction for a staggering £32,000.
The site, pictured here, was sold earlier this week at the Clive Emson auction which was held in Maidstone.
The site, off Edward Street, Strood, close to railway line has enough spaces for several cars and is very close to the town centre.
It was sold on Monday, July 24, but the auctioneer has not revealed who purchased it.
