Police issue efits of two men after alleged attempt sexual assault of a teenage girl in Chatham High Street

Detectives investigating an attempted sex assault of a teenage girl have released e-fits of two men they want to speak to.

The girl was walking along Chatham High Street just before 5pm, when she was approached by a man who allegedly reached out to grab her.

A second man is then reported to have approached the victim and made an inappropriate comment.

The two men walked away, with a third man, in the direction of Rochester.

The suspects are described as two white men, aged between 22 and 28.

The first is described as thin and approximately 6ft 2in tall. He is thought to have been wearing grey shorts and mirrored sun glasses.

The second man is described as large build and approximately 5ft 4in tall. He is reported to have been wearing a purple top.

The incident took place on Tuesday, September 1, but the information has only just been released.
