Heavy police presence in Fort Pitt Street, Chatham

Four police cars and a police van were spotted in Chatham this morning.
Officers were seen in Fort Pitt Street this morning, gathering outside a block of flats.
Police have comfirmed they were called to a disturbance at 7.07am.
Jack Shuter, 27 and of Victoria Road in Chatham has been charged with three counts of criminal damage and one count of obstructing a constable in the execution of their duty.
He has been bailed to attend Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday 26 September 2018.
