Kent Police officers injured along with two other people after crash in Wigmore

Three police officers have been injured along with two other people after a crash at a mini-roundabout.
The smash happened in Wigmore Road, Wigmore, at about 4.30pm yesterday and involved a marked police car on a 999 call and a black Peugeot 107.
An investigation has now been launched into the circumstances of the accident.
It is not thought the officers or the people in the other vehicle were seriously injured and suffered only minor injuries.
The road was blocked while officers from the police Serious Collision Investigation Unit carried out their investigations.
A police spokesman said: "The road reopened at 8pm and an investigation into the circumstances of the collision is ongoing."
