Royal Bank of Scotland building in Chatham Maritime evacuated after empty talcum powder bottle discovered

The Royal Bank of Scotland building in Chatham Maritime was evacuated this morning after an empty talcum powder bottle was posted there.
Police were called to the building in Western Avenue at 9.46am and spent three hours at the scene investigating.
RBS took the decision to evacuate and staff waited in the nearby dockside area before returning to work at around 1pm.
