Chatham: Crash closes busy road

A motorcyclist was taken to hospital after a crash between a motorbike and a car.
Congestion built up in Chatham town centre after the crash shortly after 5pm yesterday.
Emergency crews dealt with the collision in the Brook A231 Northbound between Queen Street and Dock Road.
The road reopened shortly after.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 5.11pm on Wednesday, December 28 2016 to a report of a collision between a motorbike and a car on The Brook, Chatham.
"Officers attended along with SECAMB and one person was taken to hospital. No serious injuries were reported."
