Kent Police appeal for witnesses following burglary in City Way, Rochester

Thieves broke into a home during the day and stole items including a safe, jewellery, a games console and cash.
It is reported that a back door to the property in City Way, Rochester was forced open and a large amount of cash was stolen.
A safe, jewellery, a games console, camera, and tablet computers were also taken.
The incident is thought to have taken place between 10.12am and 7pm on Wednesday, December 7 but details have only just been released.
Officers have carried out several enquiries and are now appealing for witnesses.
