Father Christmas made an early visit to Rochester - not just one, but more than 100 of them.
They were all taking part in Medway's first ever Santa Fun Run organised by the Rotary Club of Medway.
Santas of all ages, from toddlers to 80-year-old Rita Lane, took part in the event which started at Rochester Castle.
The 140 runners went around Rochester High Street and back to the castle. Half the money raised will go to the Rotary Club's chosen charities while the other half goes to a charity of the runner's choice.
Geoff Waters, the club's fundraising committee chairman, said: "It was a really good day and we're really pleased with the turnout as we were only expecting about 100 people"
Talks are already taking place about repeating the event in 2010.
