Man arrested at Gatwick Airport in connection with Rochester Bridge murder investigation

Detectives have arrested a seventh person in connection with a suspected murder in Rochester.
Peter Beale, 39, from Sittingbourne was found dead on the Rochester side of the bridge on the morning on Tuesday, September 18.
Police had already arrested and released six people in connection with the incident.
A man in his 20s from Hoo, was arrested at Gatwick Airport as he returned to the country at about 12.45am.
The other six people include a man in his 30s from Rainham, who was released without charge, a man in his 40s from Chattenden, a man in his 20s from Belvedere, a woman in her 50s from Norfolk, a man in his 20s of no fixed address and a teenage girl from Hove who have all been released pending further enquiries.
Detectives have spoken with a number of witnesses but would like to hear from anyone with information that is yet to contact them.
