Woman suffers cardiac arrest at Sainsbury's in Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre

A woman was taken to hospital after collapsing at Hempstead Valley Shopping Centre in Gillingham.
The woman, believed to be in her 60s, went into cardiac arrest while shopping in Sainsbury's yesterday.
Ambulance crews were called at 10.40am.
A spokesman for South East Coast Ambulance Service said: "Paramedics made several attempts to resuscitate her and continued their efforts while she was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
"She was in a life-threatening condition on route to hospital."
The woman is thought to be in intensive care at the Gillingham hospital.
