Residents have slammed a foul-smelling car park amid fears it could impact the local economy.
Medway Labour leader Vince Maple has joined calls to upgrade facilities at the Pentagon shopping centre in Chatham.
He believes the state of the Brook Car Park is so poor, it could be driving shoppers away.
