Snow in Medway according to reports

It sounds unbelievable, but some Medway weather watchers are reporting snow in April!
Reports on social media suggest a light dusting of snow has been falling in Hoo and Walderslade, while there has been some sleet and wintry showers in Strood.
The Met Office weather forecast predicted wintry showers of rain, hail, sleet and snow for the region today, dying away through the course of this evening.
But we’re not through the woods, with more wintry showers developing through tomorrow.
But independent forecasters Weatherwave said it was unlikely to be snow, and was probably fine hail.
The video was taken of a wintry shower in Chatham.
The cold snap has been caused by a blast of wind from the Arctic.
But if you thought snow was a first for Kent at this time of year, think again. On April 10 2006 there was up to 12cms of snow in parts of the county.
