A minibus was stolen and driven around for about seven miles and then torched.
The vehicle was discovered engulfed in flames in an area of marshland in Lower Higham Road, Gravesend.
It was reported to police at about 1am yesterday and the blaze was put out by fire crews.
The minibus is reported to have been stolen from a business on Medway City Estate, in Strood.
Police also received the stolen vehicle report on Tuesday, April 23.
Spokesman James Walker said: "Inquiries to establish the full circumstances are ongoing."
This comes after a Northfleet Technical College bus was discovered burnt out and ruined on Monday, April 15.
The school bus had been left abandoned near Wharf Road in Gravesend.
Police say officers will be keeping an open mind during their inquiries and this will include looking for possible links to other offences.
