A stolen moped has been returned to its owner after police attended a nuisance behaviour report.
It was found alongside two other bikes when police arrived in the Davenport Avenue area in Gillingham.
It is reported three youths fled from the scene and abandoned their bikes but a fourth boy did not get away.
The 16-year-old from Gillingham was issued with a warning stating that if he or the vehicle is stopped again for being a nuisance, within a one year period, it can be seized.
Police Community Support Officers seized the two bikes and returned the moped to it's owner from Silver Bank, Chatham, after it was stolen on Thursday, June, 21.
