More women have come forward to allege they were sexually assaulted by a family doctor.
Dr Babatunde Oshinusi is now facing a total of nine charges, believed to involve up to five female patients.
The 43-year-old, who was suspended from work as a GP in 2010, has been charged with a further five sex offences alleged to have happened at a medical centre in Medway.
He has previously appeared in court accused of sexually assaulting two patients at St Mary's Medical Centre, in Strood, between 2007 and 2010.
However Oshinusi (pictured right) has now appeared before Medway magistrates again after being charged with three counts of sexual assault by penetration and two counts of sexual assault on women.
The additional charges come after he was charged in September with four counts of sexual assault, relating to two alleged victims.
Oshinusi, of Tunbury Avenue, Walderslade, Chatham, is now accused of nine counts of sexual assault believed to relate to five different alleged victims.
When he was practicing, he also worked for Medway's out-of-hours service MedOCC, but has been unable to work as an NHS GP since July 27, 2010.
Oshinusi has not entered any pleas and the case was adjourned and sent to Maidstone Crown Court.
He will next appear at that court on Tuesday, April 9 for a preliminary hearing and is due to stand trial over all the charges on Monday, June 17.
