Rochester: Peter Beale named as suspected murder victim

The victim of a suspected murder in Rochester has been named as Peter Beale.
Mr Beale, 39, from Sittingbourne, was found dead on the Rochester side of the High Street bridge on Tuesday morning.
It's believed Mr Beale leaves behind two children.
He was known to police, having been banned from entering more than 100 shops in Swale in 2015 after being convicted of shoplifting.
A man in his 30s from Rainham was arrested in connection with the death yesterday night, but has since been released without charge.
A further two men were also arrested in Chattenden yesterday afternoon.
One is in his 40s and from Chattenden, while the other is is in his 20s and is from Belvedere.
Both have been released pending further enquiries.
Officers have asked for anyone with information, or who might have seen anything unusual in the High Street or Corporation Street area on Tuesday night, to get in contact on 01634 792209 quoting 18-0194.
