Motorists were facing delays in Strood this afternoon after a crash at Darnley Arch.
Two cars, one a Nissan Micra, collided at the roundabout on Cuxton Road, which leads to Darnley Road, at about 1.20pm.
It is understood no one was seriously injured in the smash, but the road under the railway bridge was partially blocked while the police dealt with the crash scene.
Police were controlling the traffic in the area until the road could be cleared but tailbacks have built up.
A spokesman for police in Medway, said: “This is a two vehicle collision and we were called at 1.22pm.
“We are arranging recovery of one of the vehicles and are still at the scene.”
