Restaurants in Medway have been cooking up treats for hospital workers.
Those working at Medway Maritime Hospital have been treated to curries thanks to the staff at The Grange Tandoori in Gillingham.
Owner Shafique Uddin and his daughter Neema Begum, son Shakib Uddin and Piyar Ali, a volunteer from Gillingham Mosque, worked to get the meals delivered to the hospital on Easter Monday.
Shakib said: "We closed for a few weeks after we asked out staff what they wanted to do and they said they wanted a few weeks off.
"My dad and a volunteer from the mosque prepared the meals."
The team delivered 106 meals to the hospital in Windmill Street.
Members of the Medway Sunlight Rotary Club donated £700-worth of essential food bags, which were also delivered to staff.
The organisation teamed up with Boomers restaurant, in Chatham's Dockside Shopping Outlet to make up 50 bags of fresh and long-life food.
The first batch was delivered in time for the night shift on Wednesday, April 15, so those working wouldn't have to worry about getting supplies the following morning.
The club has invited members of the public to donate towards their food bags fund, so they can continue to support the hospital.
