Gillingham: Teen from Rotherhithe charged with drug offences

A teenager has been charged with drug offences after officers were called to a home amid concerns.
Officers have charged 18-year-old Lacquan Tulloch, of Lucey Way, Rotherhithe in London, on Thursday last week, with possession of crack cocaine with intent to supply.
He was charged after officers from Medway’s community policing team attended an address in Balmoral Road, Gillingham, to carry out a welfare check on a resident.
Inside the flat officers saw Mr Tulloch and he was subseqently arrested on suspicion of drug offences.
He appeared before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on the same day, where he was remanded to appear before Maidstone Crown Court on Friday, May 18.
