Yobs on bikes threatened and demanded pills from two teenage boys in Rochester last night.
The victims were approaching a road off St Margaret’s Street, near the castle and cathedral, when they were confronted by four men.
One of them asked if they had tablets and, when they said they didn't, continued their journey, followed by the gang.
One of the suspects tried to delve into one of the teenager’s pockets before punching the other boy several times, causing minor injuries.
The suspects are described as white, aged between 18 and 19. One was of muscular-build and another had ginger hair and stubble.
All four had blue/black mountain-style bikes.
Police are appealing for witnesses to the fracas, which happened just before 8.30pm at the junction of Love Lane.
