Teenage girl rescued from mud

A TEENAGE girl had to be rescued by emergency services after falling into mud near Amadeus nightclub.
The 18-year-old eventually managed to crawl to a ladder brought to the scene by Strood firefighters.
Medway coastguards, a mud rescue crew from Larkfield and the Strood ladder were called to the scene at about 2.30am yesterday, Wednesday.
The teenager was checked over by paramedics on the scene and was taken to Medway Maritime Hospital.
It is not believed she suffered any serious injuries.
The emergency services left at about 3.30pm.
