Boy, 15, in court after 'stabbing' in Ordnance Street, Chatham

A 15-year-old was taken to a London hospital with stab wounds following an assault in Chatham on Sunday.
The air ambulance was called to the scene in Ordnance Street, Chatham, at 4.22pm, and the victim was taken to Kings College Hospital with what are described as serious injuries.
A 15-year-old homeless boy has been charged with wounding with intent and possessing a knife in a public place.
He appeared at Medway Magistrates’ Court today, and was remanded until he appears at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday, January 19.
Another 15-year-old boy from Medway and a 17-year-old boy from Ashford were arrested in connection with the incident and have been bailed until Thursday, February 19, pending further enquiries.
