Police called to Tesco Express, Sturdee Avenue, Gillingham

A shop worker has been taken to hospital after being involved in a fight with at least three men, some of whom were said to be armed with a hammer and a knife.
It reportedly happened at the Tesco Express store on Sturdee Avenue, Gillingham, shortly before 3.30pm.
One woman at the store said she was asked to complete a statement for the police.
She said: "There were two older guys and two younger guys.
"One of the group had a knife and one of them had a hammer and they attacked a member of staff."
It is reported that a member of staff was dragged to the floor during the attack.
Meanwhile, another caller told KentOnline he believed a person had been taken away in an ambulance.
A police spokesman said: "Kent Police officers are currently in Sturdee Avenue, Gillingham, responding to a report of a fight at Tesco Express which was reported at 3.15pm.
"Officers attended the scene and arrested five people from Gillingham on suspicion of affray.
"The suspects, a 14-year-old boy, two 15 year old boys, a 19-year-old man and a 32-year-old man, remain in police custody while officers continue their inquiries."
