Chatham's Spotlites Youth Theatre to stage another Wizard of Oz show

Tickets for a theatre group’s production of Wizard of Oz was so popular the youngsters have decided to do it again.
Spotlites Youth Theatre have responded to demand by putting on an unscheduled performance after the Easter programme sold out.
Rachel Thomson-King, director, said: “The phenomenally high standard, sheer dedication and determination to make the show the absolute best that it could be, amazed and delighted me.
“It was an absolute pleasure to see them progress and develop and to watch the cast knit into a tight team.”
The cast consists of 70 young people aged from five to 20, from Medway, Maidstone, Sittingbourne and Gravesend.
The extra show is on Saturday (May 3) at 7.30pm at the Spotlites theatre on Chatham High Street.
