Police arrest another man after James O'Rourke was believed to have been murdered

Another man is being questioned over the alleged murder of a man in Chatham on Monday.
The 34-year-old, of no fixed address, was arrested in the early hours of this morning and remains in custody.
Officers were called to a block of flats in Shipwrights Avenue at 7.36am earlier this week, where 29-year-old James O'Rourke had been found dead.
Neil Taylor, aged 35, and Caroline Rushworth, aged 34, both of Shipwrights Avenue, Chatham, were each charged on Wednesday, August 30, with murder.
They are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday.
Enquiries are ongoing.
