Tom Dallas added to his growing reputation with an emphatic knockout of veteran Hungarian Mihaly Nemet at Brentwood on Friday night.
Dallas recorded the quickest knockout of his career, finishing the fight in just 74 seconds after knocking his opponent down three times.
The 24-year-old from Chatham said: "I don’t think he even landed a punch on me.
"I’ve had seven fights now and stopped five of them, three in the first round and two in the second round."
Dallas admitted he was frustrated that, after six weeks of hard training, he was not given a more strenuous test.
"I was hoping that it was going to last four or five rounds and then I would be able to stop him," said Dallas.
"It would have been nice after six weeks of training, but I had seen some footage of him and I didn’t think he was that good.
"I know I’ve got the stamina to do all the rounds but if people are expecting me to stop them early on then it gives them something else to think about."
Dallas is expecting to be back in action again shortly, and is edging closer to a title fight.
"I think that’s probably three fights away," he admitted. "They are looking to get something on for me at the end of this month or maybe the start of October.
"I hope it’s against someone a bit harder."
