A road has been closed following a crash in Strood.

Police were called at 10.46am to Smith Street following reports of a two car collision.

Officers are at the scene and paramedics are attending people with injuries at the scene.

The fire service made the scene safe and assisted SECAmb. They left the scene at 11.48am.

Arriva has posted on social media to say all services in Rochester are disrupted. The 140 services diverted to Salters Cross and Parkfields.
