Three people, including two teenagers, have been arrested on suspicion of drug dealing after a car failed to stop for officers in Chatham.
Police pursued the vehicle for a short distance before detaining the trio in Dale Street, at about 5,35pm yesterday afternoon.
Officers then searched the car and discovered a large quantity of what is believed to be crack cocaine and heroin.
A spokesman for police in Medway said: “A 41-year-old man from Chatham, a 16-year-old boy from Chelmsford in Essex and a 16-year-old boy of no fixed address were arrested on suspicion of possessing a class A drug with intent to supply.
“They remain in custody.”
