Three people are due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court today after being charged with murder following the death of a man at a block on flats.
The third person was charged over the weekend in connection with the death of 29-year-old James O’Rourke.
Daniel Fox, 34, of no fixed address, appeared at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Saturday after his arrest on Friday.
He was remanded in custody and is due to appear at the crown court today.
Also due to appear are Neil Taylor, 35, and Caroline Rushworth, 34, both of Shipwrights Avenue, Chatham, who were each charged last Wednesday with one count of murder.
It comes after police were called to Caulkers House in Shipwrights Avenue, Chatham, on Bank Holiday Monday, where Mr O’Rourke was found dead.
His body was discovered in a stairwell between the fourth and fifth floor of the 13-storey block of flats just after 7am.
All three are due to appear in the dock at some point this morning.
