A crash blocked on lane of the A289 between the Medway Tunnel and the Wainscott bypass this morning.

The smash, between two cars, on Berwick Way, heading London-bound, is causing delays for motorists heading London-bound.

One lane is blocked and traffic is queuing and a broken down vehicle near to Sans Pareil roundabout is also causing further delays.

Congestion has building up near the tunnel and the accident is now clear, but the broken down vehicle is still blocking one lane.

Police are at the scene and no one has suffered any injuries.

Officers said they were called at 6.42am.
