Two men charged after Walderslade Road car attack

Police have charged two men after thugs ran riot along a residential street.

The incident in Walderslade Road, Walderslade near Chatham happened on Friday evening.

Charles Patrick, 30 from Gorse Avenue, Chatham and Jack Patrick, 22, of no fixed address, were both charged with affray and possession of an offensive weapon.

They will appear at Medway Magistrates Court tomorrow.

It is thought that cars were attacked after two groups of men were involved in a three vehicle accident.

Neighbours earlier spoke of their shock after allegations the groups of men involved were armed with baseball bats, batons and hammers.
