Two men charged for growing cannabis in Rochester

Two men charged with growing cannabis are due to appear in court later this month.
The men were arrested at an address in Rose Street, Rochester after a cannabis factory was discovered by officers on June 16.
Ngan Hoang, 40, of no fixed address and 37-year-old Thuong Le of no fixed address, have both been charged with attempted production of cannabis and abstracting electricity without authority.
Both men are currently remanded in custody and will appear at Medway Magistrates’ Court on July 15.
