Motorists are facing delays this morning after a crash on the slip road leading from the M2 at Cuxton.
The crash happened at about 7.15am on the bypass leading from the motorway leading to the A289 Halsted Road, in Wainscott.
Two vehicles collided on the entry slip road of the northbound A289, just off the motorway at junction 1.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: “Police were called at 7.16am and motorists are advised to approach with care while recovery of two vehicles is arranged.
“Early indications are that no-one is reported to have suffered any serious injuries.”
One motorist who got caught up in the delays but didn’t want to be named said: “I didn’t see the crash until the last minute and almost crashed into it myself.
"It is very icy out there, I don’t know if that was a factor in the crash."
