Suspected van arson in Henry Street in Chatham

A van was totally gutted in a suspected arson attack.
The vehicle went up in flames in the early hours of yesterday morning.
Police are appealing for information from anybody who may have seen suspicious behaviour in the area at the time.
A spokesman said officer were called at 3.49am to a report a vehicle had been set alight in Henry Street, Chatham.
The blaze was dealt with by Kent Fire and Rescue Service and inquiries to establish the circumstances are ongoing.
It is understood a police presence remained at the scene throughout yesterday.
