A van driver accused of drink driving whilst filming police officers on his phone is due in court.
Stuart Kerr, of Caudron Way, Hoo, has been charged in connection with an incident in Dux Court Road, between Hoo and High Halstow, near Rochester.
Officers were parked in their car at around 11pm on Friday, February 25 when they became aware of a vehicle next to them.
The 48-year-old is alleged to have recorded officers on his mobile phone whilst driving past in his van.
The vehicle was subsequently pulled over and the driver is then alleged to have failed a roadside breath test.
Kerr has since been charged with drink driving and using a phone whilst driving.
He is due before Medway Magistrates’ Court on March 23.
