A van has flipped onto its roof after crashing into a barrier this morning.
Emergency services were called to the incident on the M2 coastbound between Junction 2, near Strood, and Junction 3, near Chatham, at around 8am.
Two men were inside the van but they had both managed to escape by the time firefighters arrived.
They were left in the hands of paramedics but their injuries are unknown.
One lane was closed whilst officers dealt with the accident, although traffic coped well.
All lanes have been reopened and the van has been removed.
Police spokesman James Walker said: "Kent Police was called to a report that a van had overturned on the M2 coastbound, near Junction 3, at 8.06am.
"Officers attended the scene alongside crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service and no serious injuries have been reported."
