Van overturns on A229 Blue Bell Hill

A van has ended up on its roof on Blue Bell Hill this morning.
Motorists heading towards Chatham faced delays on the A229 after a the van crashed and overturned at about 9.30am
Firefighters were called to the scene and made the scene safe.
Police were also called to the scene along with paramedics but no one suffered any serious injury.
James Walker, spokesman for police said: "Kent Police was called to a single vehicle collision on the Chatham-bound carriageway of Blue Bell Hill at 9.23am.
"Officers attended the scene alongside crews from the South East Coast Ambulance Service and at present no serious injuries have been reported."
The road has since been cleared.
