Woman arrested after bag of tools reported stolen from van in Gillingham

A woman has been charged after a bag of tools was reported stolen from a van.
The victim has since been reunited with his items after they were taken from his vehicle in Gillingham.
Police were called at 7.30am on Tuesday morning after a report a woman had been spotted breaking in to a parked van and taking items.
Officers attended and arrested a suspect in Skinner Street.
A search at a nearby property was carried out and tools allegedly reported stolen were found and identified as belonging to the victim.
Stephanie Hall, of no fixed address, was taken into custody and charged with theft from a motor vehicle.
The 42-year-old has been released on bail and is due to attend Medway Magistates' Court on April 20.
