A woman has been charged with several offences after a cyclist was injured in a crash in Halling.
Anita Jonas, 23, has been charged with driving without a licence, causing serious injury, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and possession of a controlled drug after an incident in Formby Road, in September last year.
Police were called to the A228, between Cuxton and Halling on September 11, after the cyclist was injured after a collision with a Fiat 500.
The road was closed while officers conducted their investigations and the rider, a man, was taken to a London hospital suffering from head injuries.
Jonas, of Sovereign Way, Tonbridge, was initially arrested on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs and was initially bailed pending further inquires.
She will now appear before magistrates on Tuesday, February 21.
