Woman charged after offences in Gillingham and Chatham aimed at the elderly

A 24-year-old woman has been charged with seven offences aimed at elderly people.
Chantelle Brown, of no fixed address, was charged with three counts of burglary and theft, one count of shoplifting and a further count of theft.
She was also charged with single counts of harassment and assault by beating.
The offences were committed in Gillingham and Chatham between December 7, 2017 and January 25, 2018.
She was arrested on the day of January 25 and charged the next day.
Brown pleaded guilty to the offences at Medway Magistrates' Court and was remanded, and is due to appear at Maidstone Crown Court at a later date.
