Tina Phillips charged with arson after flat fire on Shipwrights Avenue in Chatham

A woman from Chatham has been charged with setting fire to a flat in Chatham.
Tina Phillips, 31, of Shipwrights Avenue, is accused of arson with intent to endanger life after a flat was allegedly torched at around 6.45pm on Sunday.
She was also charged with possession of amphetamine.
Firefighters were called after the property was set alight in various locations inside the flat.
Nobody was injured.
Phillips is due to appear before Maidstone Magistrates' Court today.
