Roof cut off car to free woman after collision in Beechings Way, Gillingham

The roof of a car had to be cut off to free a woman after a collision.
Police, ambulance crews and firefighters were called to the incident in Beechings Way, Gillingham, at around 10.30am.
She was taken to Medway Maratime Hospital with a back injury.
A spokesman for Kent Fire and Rescue Service, said: “We were called to a road traffic collision involving two cars.
“Two fire engines were in attendance and hydraulics were used to cut the roof off the car.”
Fire crews left the scene at 11.25am.
The road between Beechings Way and Eastcourt Lane was partially closed at the time.
