Police confirm 58-year-old woman found dead in home in Speedwell Close, Gillingham

A woman has been found dead inside her home on an estate in Gillingham.
The 58-year-old, who has not been named, was discovered in the property in Speedwell Close, on the Vineries Estate.
A spokesman for police said officers were called by paramedics from South East Coast Ambulance Service (SECAmb) at about 6.45pm on Sunday.
It is understood concerns were raised for the woman’s welfare after someone visited her home earlier that day.
The police spokesman added: "Kent Police was called at 6.46pm on Sunday, May 29, after the body of a 58-year-old woman was found inside her home in Speedwell Close, Gillingham.
"Enquiries are ongoing but the death is not currently being treated as suspicious.
"A post-mortem examination has not yet taken place."
