A woman who stole a pensioner's bank card and went on a £600 shopping spree has been jailed.
Danielle Goskie managed to take the elderly man's card from a shelf in his home after pretending she needed to use his bathroom.
The 38-year-old then visited a number of nearby stores where she spent hundreds of pounds in October.
Goskie, of St Albans Close, Gillingham, was linked to the crime after being identified through CCTV.
She previously plead guilty to theft and three counts of fraud at Maidstone Crown Court and on Tuesday was sentenced to 14 months in prison.
Detective Constable Richard Sears, who was in charge of the case, said: "Goskie targeted a vulnerable, elderly victim and used his money to go on a spending spree.
"Her despicable and exploitative behaviour has rightly led her to a custodial sentence."
A custody image was requested, but police said one wasn't available.
