Two rescued from stricken yacht at Stoke Oaze off Isle of Grain

Two people had to be rescued from a yacht after it go stuck off the Isle of Grain.
Medway and Sheppey coastguard teams and the RNLI Inshore Lifeboat were called at just after 4pm yesterday following a 999 call.
Crews found the 17ft sailing yacht and discovered it had run aground at Stoke Oaze.
The vessel was towed to Queenbrough, where those onboard were met by the Sheppey coastguard team.
