Medway Youth Awards take place at Gillingham Football Club's Priestfield Stadium

Young people in Medway are being celebrated at an awards ceremony.
The Medway Youth Awards is in its second year and recognises 11-18-year-olds who have gone the extra mile in the community or overcome difficulties.
Categories include creativity, community participation and youth worker of the year.
KMTV spoke to Thomas Baldock who is Chair of Medway Youth Council
Around 150 nominations have been received over the past few months and kmfm's Emma Jo from the Hit List will be on hand to help hand out the prizes.
