Former Gillingham manager Ady Pennock lifts on the lid on the astonishing hatred directed at him and his family during his time in charge.
The 48-year-old is enjoying life again after winning the Singapore Premier League.
But it's been a tough road to get there, with death threats made against his family, and he was spat at when leaving a Gills game.
Pennock talks about his spell as Gillingham boss for the first time, including the obstacles he faced while at the helm and how he didn't really want the job.
He reveals why he was sacked by Forest Green, despite leading them to their best-ever league position, and how fate meant he ended up playing in the top flight for Norwich rather than the club he supports - Ipswich!
There are happy tales about his playing days at Priestfield, including captaining the side in the 2000 Wembley play-off final win, and he also talks fondly about managing Welling.
Find out if he's going to stay for a second season with Brunei DPMM, and what it's been like managing a team - owned by the Sultan of Brunei's son - in the jungle for the past 12 months.
