Crofts relishing Leeds challenge
00:00, 28 September 2007
GILLS captain Andrew Crofts is itching to take on Leeds in League 1 at Priestfield on Saturday.
The Gills will be trying to end their opponents' seven-game winning run and Crofts says it is a game that the players will go out and enjoy.
He said: “To play against a massive team like Leeds gives you a buzz and if you can’t enjoy a game like that then you shouldn’t be playing.
“It’s probably the biggest game in the league for us.
"We’re looking to put in a good performance and we’ll see what we’re like against a bigger team.
“We’re capable of getting a result and we want to show people what we can do.”
