Gillingham fans have been asked for their opinion on who should be the next manager.
Chairman Paul Scally initially expressed his desire to get fans’ opinions in his programme notes ahead of the Bristol City Johnstone’s Paint Trophy tie.
None were forthcoming but he has again suggested that anyone with an opinion on a name or type of manager wanted, should get in touch.
So who do the fans want as manager of the Gills following Peter Taylor’s dismissal?
The bookies have taken plenty of money on Newport manager Justin Edinburgh to be the next manager while Forest Green boss Ady Pennock remains hotly backed.
Former Brentford manager Uwe Rosler has been mentioned by many fans.
We’ve drawn up a shortlist from the names most regularly spoken about since Peter Taylor’s sacking on New Year’s Eve.
If your preferred manager hasn’t made our 12-man shortlist then use the comment section below to say who you prefer. Have you vote and join the debate below. We will pass on our findings to the Gills chairman before the weekend.
